Please read our refund rules carefully. **दमोहहब** (दमोह सुविधा केंद्र द्वारा संचालित) में, हम सरकारी नागरिक पोर्टलों, वित्तीय आवेदनों और बुकिंग के लिए सटीक और त्वरित सहायता प्रदान करने का प्रयास करते हैं। कृपया हमारे रिफंड नियमों को ध्यान से पढ़ें।

1. Government Portal Fees / सरकारी शुल्क

Any government fees, challan amounts, or direct taxes paid directly to the government portals (like NSDL for PAN, UIDAI for Aadhaar, or Passport Seva for Passport appointments) are strictly non-refundable. These payments are processed in real-time and cannot be cancelled or reverted by our operators. सरकारी पोर्टलों पर सीधे भुगतान किए गए सरकारी शुल्क, चालान राशि, या प्रत्यक्ष कर (जैसे पैन के लिए एनएसडीएल, आधार के लिए यूआईडीएआई, या पासपोर्ट अपॉइंटमेंट के लिए पासपोर्ट सेवा) **पूर्णतः गैर-वापसी योग्य (Non-Refundable)** हैं। ये भुगतान वास्तविक समय (Real-time) में संसाधित होते हैं और इन्हें वापस नहीं लिया जा सकता।

2. Processing Service Fees / प्रसंस्करण सेवा शुल्क

Our operating service charges are payable for the manual effort, verification, and digitization of documents. In case an application is rejected due to invalid/fake documents provided by the customer, no refund of the service fee will be issued. If we fail to file your request due to any technical error on our side, a full refund of our service fee will be processed within 5-7 working days. दस्तावेजों के मैन्युअल सत्यापन, सुधार और डिजिटलीकरण के लिए हमारे सेवा शुल्क देय होते हैं। यदि ग्राहक द्वारा प्रदान किए गए अमान्य/फर्जी दस्तावेजों के कारण कोई आवेदन खारिज कर दिया जाता है, तो कोई सेवा शुल्क वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। हमारी ओर से किसी तकनीकी त्रुटि के कारण यदि हम फॉर्म फाइल नहीं कर पाते हैं, तो सेवा शुल्क का पूर्ण रिफंड 5-7 कार्य दिवसों में किया जाएगा।
